We can offer our clients flats, double rooms and suites.
The whole building has been recently restored, strictly following the ancient masonry tradition of the Chianti area: a team of expert craftsmen has carried out a patient and meticulous work with great skill, bathrooms have been made in almost all the rooms, the original hand-made brick floors have been kept, as well as the walls made with local stones and the wooden beams.

Most flats have a huge sitting-room with fireplace, equipped kitchen, double bedroom, two bathrooms and a piece of private garden. They are all furnished according to a simple and warm country taste.
Equipped with satellite TV and autonomous heating they do not need of air conditioning thanks to the altitude (700 metres above sea-level) of this place and to its propitious climate.

If you do not need a kitchen we have got double rooms with bathroom, one of which equipped with fireplace.

If you look for privacy we have got two suites, with private entrance from the main gate of the Borgo: one is made of sitting-room with kitchenette and fireplace, bedroom, bathroom and private garden; the other one, called “suite superior” with kitchen, small sitting-room and bathroom on the ground floor and bedroom, with a breath-taking view and a typical bathtub that will offer you a pleasant retro atmosphere, the bathroom being on the contrary furnished according to the most modern precepts.

They both have antique furniture and refined clothes, equipped with satellite TV and autonomous heating.
