Regulations
Full balance is due at your arrival at the Borgo del Grillo
Payment must be effected by: Credit cards, Euro cheques or cash.
Caution money (euro 300) is requested and given back to you at your departure
Arrivals must be between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Departures must be before 10 a.m.
Weekly stays go from Saturday to Saturday.
Cancellation penalty
For cancellations from 180 days to 60 days before arrival we apply a 30% penalty the total amount
For cancellations from 59 days to 31 days before arrival we apply a 50% penalty on the total amount
For cancellations from 30 days to 7 days before arrival we apply a 70% penalty on the total amount
For cancellations from 6 days to 0 days before arrival we apply a 100% penalty
